VTC Inns of Court, and Optimists

Hi again,

A couple of badges for comment, please. The Inns of Court badge has "Inns of Court V.R.C." on scroll. Wondering if it is genuine.

The Optimists has strange small lugs, does anyone have an Optimists badge to show for comparison?
