I would like to share this nice find I made, I didn’t remove the cap badge to examine it because I thought it was good and wanted to leave it in place, I did slightly remove the pin and could see a dark patina on the reverse. Kind regards Chay |

Yes its the early prototype with no overlay. When I was at the 8th recce reunion I asked about the badges I had and was told it was the prototype. Cheers Brian
