Unclear Badge? Fusiliers?

Hello,

I am unable to identify this badge. It appears to me to be a Fusilier badge. My first guess was London Fusiliers, but the picture mentions Aldershot and I am not aware of that Regiment being at Aldershot. Is it possible to identify it further? The picture may not be clear enough. My next thought was Royal Welch. Forgive my ignorance on this matter, I am American ;)
