Not Cunard (cat with nut), but the crest is for the Honourable East India Company (cat with basket)

A similar design without QVC is known as a general design for army officers.
This design could be post Indian Mutiny (1857) when the Crown took over. I think Kemp left Smith, Kemp & Wright in the 1860s.
