2 mottos. Slidered and lugged

Hello! I have these two mottos...l know the slidered one is legit (I bought in here to an excellente member!) but what do you think about the lugged one?? ...and why the different fitting system? Thank you!

It has a bone broken and fixed again...but if is legit I will be happy anyway...
