Grenade collar badges, which regiment.

A number of regiments represented judging by the various types of coloured chevrons and different hose tops and puttees.
Possibly a group of junior NCOs on a course of instruction?

Front right, his collar badges look like the 7th Dragoon Guards cap badge, did they wear the same design as a collar (they were amalgamated in 1921).
Closest I can get with the grenade collars is RF but not sure of that.
