Anzac graves in U.K

Thought this might be of interest to our Aussie mates ! I went to this cemetary in Harefield at the weekend, superbly kept graveyard for some Anzacs - died at Harefield Hospital, excellent memorial on the wall inside the Church too. Some pics for you, lest we forget, Wilf.

Harefield hospital was established by the ANZACs in WW1, and even today there is an ANZAC Day Ceremony held there every year:

Hi, photo of El Alamein cemetry.The grave was a relative of the lady and the rather tired bouquet was wild flowers from his farm.

Hi, more photo's, the building site behind the monument is another hotel the area is the main holiday resort for Egyptians and from here back to Alex is all hotels

Here's a picture on Bomana War Cemetery - 4000 odd Australians who perished during the New Guinea campaign in WW2 are buried here. I took this in 2006 after walking the Kokoda Track.
