Hello !
First post, as I’m new here !
My Grandfather served in WW1, coming to England as a member of the 143rd battalion ( B.C. Bantams ) , and was later transferred to 3rd battalion, Canadian Railway Troops ( for 3 weeks ) and then transferred to the 5th battalion, Canadian Railway Troops. Does anyone know what generic badges one would wear ( such as a general service badge ), aside from the one( s) representing their outfit ?
