Royal Marines Light Infantry Glengarry or any other ideas?
 

Hello All

I have just bought the badge pictured below, an unfinished wreath. When I first saw it I thought it may be an unfinished wreath from the 3 part RMLI OR's glengarry badge but when I received it I noticed how big it was in comparison to the RMLI badge. I have shown a couple of pictures of it with the wreath from a RMLI glengarry badge and you can see there is quite a difference in size. Does anyone have any idea what this badge would have been used for.
