Possible King's College London?
 

Picked this up very cheaply recently , and suspect that it might be something to do with King's College London , since their motto is on the bottom. More precise details would be welcome:

It's OTC but for the Junior Division and is for King's College School Wimbledon.

This morning I checked out (Googled) this badge design and found that it related to Kings College, as there is a black on red cloth patch of modern manufacture but showing this kings crown design on ebay and I was curious as to what it represented.
Presumably the kings crown has not been supersceded by the St. Edwards crown on insignia worn by Kings College.
