NSW Lancers Badge

I have been reliably informed that this NSW Lancers badge might be a copy?

I personally did a trade on this badge with the trooper who wore this badge so it's come as a surprise that these badges have been copied.

Any info appreciated as I've got this badge in one of my albums and will remove it ASAP if it's dodgy.

Looks like it was an issued badge after all!

Got confirmation from one ex member of the regiment that it was indeed issued. Late 1970s/early 1980s.

Now to find one myself.
