More for your thoughts

Forum members,
Some more badges I am not too sure about so I will offer them up for your comments:-

Royal Tank Regt, QC, this badge when looking at the reverse has the appearance of being silver plated, the front has been polished to death, your thoughts welcome.

Hunts Cyclist/Kimbolton school cadets
Another badge that has been reproduced, possibly worn by Kimbolton School, but certainly not the Hunts Cyclists, thoughts welcome.

HAC Artillery, This badge is probably the new improved version with the die fault on the right of the scroll missing, not too sure about the crown top, again thoughts appreciated.

Thanks for looking

Rob

I shan’t pass comment on the QC era RTR as it’s beyond my area of interest but the Hunts badge is a repro and the HAC a tall orb fake à la Marsh catalogue.

Repro's

Luke,
Thanks for your comments, the HAC is the new improved version and the Hunts Badge again a dud, I am not sure of the quality of what the badge worn by Kimbolton school is.
The RTR is as I have said probably an officers that has been polished, the frosting on the reverse is good.

Hi Rob
RTR is an Officer's frosted silver plate, original.

RTR

Chris, thanks for your thought on the RTR badge, it's a real pity that someone has polished off the front frosting, one I will keep until a better one comes my way.

Rob
