Force 136 wings?

Gents,

a friend of mine has acquired a WW II HBT overall with these 2 wings.
One of the wings is attached to the overall with buttons.

Can anyone identify if these wings, to my knowledge related to SOE/ Force 136, are authentic..?

The para wings are nice originals. Im not 100% sure about the Force 136/ SOE pattern im afraid.
Ive not seen BD material used on the rear of far east made wings, so dont want to mislead you either way.

Thanks Jon for the feedback.

That leaves the SOE wing.. Anyone?

Personally, I'm not a fan of the SOE wings. The construction using the thicker 'wooley' thread, exceptional condition of the press studs and the overall look of having recently been made leads me to believe these are not original.

Thanks Paul, makes sense. If there are any reference photos out there that would be great.

Hello Bas,

Per your request, here are photos of two wings that I believe are associated with SOE/Force 136.

Best regards,
Donovan

A replica in my opinion. Possibly made in France, at least that's where this type shows up regularly.

Ok thanks for the comment Luc
