ID on an armoured badge

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to ID this badge. I thought it was Malaysian Armoured Corps but not sure. It's a recent acquisition.

The word "Peninjau" translates to 'observer' according to online translation.

I'm not sure, I think 1960's - late 1970's.
