Any kind soul ?

For me, it has elements of the wartime produced wings, but I don't like the stitching between the feathers, or the backing, and the black thread to the reverse is not for me. Its good, and I'm 50/50 on it, but if I saw it I'd leave it.

I am with Padre on this.
I wouldn't buy it, but I don't know much about wartime RCAF either

It is certainly unique. I've never seen one with white picking between the feathers and the wreath looks rather sad and depleted. The "E" is pretty thin too compared to other variants. The best to hope for on this one is a one-off, tailor-made example but as to when, I'm not sure.

Mike will weigh in on this eventually and I'm sure he'll have some valuable comments.

Like the others, I wouldn't rush out after it unless it's at a give-away price, then for novelty purposes only.
