Just received a pair of metal collars ,but one piece and on pins with clutch fitting marked F & S Both my other 2 officers pairs or on lugs and 2 piece with mounted centre Would suspect these are later issue ??
David

Alan O 22-11-20 05:24 PM

FAD used these pins to replace the old lugs worn on previous No2 dress.

49lassiepen 22-11-20 07:42 PM

Alan many thanks From the front the lug type and the pins look the same But on the reverse the lug type the Roussillon plume is white/silvered metal while the pins type is brass/gilt metal
David
