Two photos of RND plus several details. The officer is Major General Daniel Marcus William Beak VC, DSO, MC (& Bar) CO Drake Battalion. His medals were sold in 2003 and now are in the Lord Ashcroft VC Collection.

Medal Ribbon on PO looks like China 1900 or RNVR LSGC Medal.

Hi I know this post a few years old now , but i have the Bn badge he is sporting . I got it from another Drake officer , I have not seen ORs wearing it , so at the moment i dont know who exactly wore it
