I dont think the one labelled as Oman Police is correct. von Privka's book has (page 125) a photograph which shows a grizzled Baluch officer wearing that badge, he also has the shoulder title of the short lived Dhofar Force. Sadly it's in B&W.

DF also had a version of the Sultan Emblem with a scroll under reading Quwat Dhofar.

PS It could also be a WO1 sleeve badge.
