RAF Special Police S/T
 

Please would you help me identify where this 'RAF Special Police' shoulder title was worn. It is in cast brass. I have a feeling that it was worn in Ceylon by RAF Police Auxiliaries. They served there until it became the Royal Ceylon Air Force when some of the Auxiliaries were absorbed on Independence. I just need to know that this could be correct or someone may have 'pukka gen'
