Thanks. The Kings Crowns are not British WW2. They are either modern repros or possibly original Canadian. The ASR badge doesnt look right to me either. regards |

The large crowns are WW2 RCAF Flight Sergeant crowns & the RAF ASR (Air Sea Rescue) badge is probably a fake. There are many copies of these on the market these days & originals are a rare find. Regardless, grey backing on RAF badges are post WW2 & black is during WW2. Obviously WW2 stocks were used post war until depleted though. Best regards, David |
