Hi all,

Going through some of the odds and sods I came across this badge. I think I did post this before and got an answer but let's say it's a chance to generate discussion...again!

Is it a hospital badge? I've seen the badge with ribbon or bars before but it was the whole deal that drew me to it.

A little bit of info from a quick Google.
"The Guild was a branch of HRH Princess Beatrice's Central Depot and was run in connection with the Altrincham District Hospital Supply Depot.".
