Tie insignia identification

Hi all,

Please could you identify this insignia on this tie.
It shows a crown with what looks like the initials CP beneath.

The image doesn't seem to have attached, I can't see anything. It might help if you give a location where you live as it might help guys narrow down the options. For example, in South Africa, CP could be for Cape Police.

Sort that the only file size I have as it was taken on a smartphone. You should be able to zoom in to see it. It's a crown with either GP or CP motif below.
