Perhaps Rotterdam Freight Management ? They have a maritime connection.

I believe that is a naval crown, so that makes sense.

I think that the monogram is being incorrectly deciphered. To me it looks like "RIM" (Royal Indian Marine)

The central letter is definitely an F as it has the central bar with a curl on the end as used in the copperplate style of writing.
