R A D C service record

Recently obtained a uniform with some papers/letters to a named officer The uniform was captain rank Could anyone help with his service record -not my area Sorry but photo of documentation in my R A D C album and gallery
He was in Singapore sept 1949

Just managed to purchase the officers sam brown belt for this uniform -officers name on the belt W H Neithercut as other documents
