North Midland Field Ambulance title
 

A recent (and expensive!) purchase: WW 2 arc title of the North Midland Field Ambulance. Any idea where I could find their record for the service in the Italian front? Thank you in advance, fellow collectors!

So no possible idea were one could find details about 137th Field Ambulance while serving in Italy? What I could find is just that on August 14th, 1944, North Midland F.A. replaced 226th F.A. that in turn had replaced 5th Light Field Ambulance within 24th Guards Brigade.

The War Diary for 137 Field Ambulance for the period August 1939 to June 1946 is held at the National Archives under the reference WO 177/716.
