I have found in Belgium these 3 patches about the "Canadese Bevrijdingsmars" between Hoofdplaat (The Netherlands) and Knokke (Belgium). This annual two days liberation march that traditionally is being held in the first week of November during the Canada Week in Knokke-Heist has a length of 33 km
