Administration collar

Spotted a collar on e-bay but noticed the one I have is different in that there is an extra on the bottom with 831 club on it. Anyone know what this signifies? Cheers Brian

The 831 Club was a social club for the Administration Clerks - Military Occupation Code 831. They were absorbed into the Resource Management Support (RMS) Clerk occupation along with the Finance Clerks and (I believe) Construction Engineering Procedures Technicians.
The badge shown in your post is the club's lapel pin.
