Hi all
any idea's as to what this badge is ?? Was told it is a Australian WW1 cloth Medically Unfit badge ??

Mick is it as described as I can not find any info on it. To bad the navy badge was pulled that was one rare beast.

Badge, Arm, Volunteer AIF, Medically Unfit.

For members of the Australian Military Forces who had volunteered for the Australian Imperial Force but had been rejected as medically unfit. Wearing of the badge was optional.

Obsolescent in Priced Vocabulary of Clothing and Necessaries 1921-22 (shown as an article not of current manufacture, stocks of which would not be replaced).
