When the DLOY/RTR became an infantry home defence battalion in 1971, did they retain their cap badge?

While I am not expert at all, my idea is, why should they? It was no merge or something like that, thus why should they go for another badge, and when yes, do you have any in mind?

Very true, I just wondered whether they were attached to another Infantry Regiment or something, but on further reading and research they weren't, so their own badge must have been worn.
