just picked this up today and dont think i have seen one like this.
is this an australian or maybe canadian?

Dimensions would help. The Canadian pattern is slightly larger than the Australian. Never seen an Aust one with the full stop but this does not necessarily mean it is not correct.

will get measurements but its next to a collar badge for scale.
I haven't seen any this style or this small before.
