102nd CEF - cap or collar?

Picked this up today, can’t decide if it’s a big collar or small cap badge. Measures approximately 35 x 40mm. Thoughts?

Nyles:
There may be a couple of exceptions, but I think that anything over 37mm tall is a cap.
