Help with Patch

Bought this patch as it was unknown to me. It was among other WW2 patches.
Liked the look as it had wings.
Military? or some school or college?
It has names written on the backside.

Anyone help?

Looks like an American motoring badge. That a U.S. State highway sign shield shape.
