A very impressive picture,and lots of experience there. I have seen shoulder boards for WO's , When did they drop them? My Nephew was a WO in the RCAF, I should ask him but they probally dropped them before he enlisted. Ray

I believe the RAAF still wear shoulder boards but on a different uniform.
