Fusiliers Busby

5 Attachment(s)
A full dress busby for the Lancashire Fusiliers, the old 20th Foot, now amalgamated into the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers.
Dated 1912, the fur is in really great condition, although the interior is dried out.
Any opinions on the badge?

Thanks much.
As a Manchester Regt.collector, this officer's visor cap may be of interest to you.
The badge is the post 1922 version and the maker was actually a Manchester tailor, one I have never seen before.
The cap appears to be a pre-war version, or WWII at the latest.
Sorry for my hurried photos; never a good idea!

RAS49,

A nice cap for sure.
Probably a TA officers made locally.

regards
