Looks like somebody cut the bottom off of a North Shore Regiment flash. Possibly before returning to Canada?
Canvas Div patch and melton PLF flash both machine sewn while the Canada flash was done by hand.

There is something odd about that tunic. The Canada title looks like it is cut down, the likely candidate being a Glengarrians title. (The Northshore's, Midland, Linc & Weld don't have the Canada subscript.)
It is not in keeping with the RO's regarding the wearing of Canada titles, which repeatedly specified worsted khaki Canada as the nationality title.
