Polish 1st Air Force Regiment
 

I have had this badge for a number of years and could never identify it. This week, thanks to a post on the forum which led me to an illustration of some Polish badges which had been auctioned off, I was able to give it a name. It is evidently a breast badge worn by the Polish 1st Airforce Regiment prior to 1938. Now to find some history on the unit . Mr Google is not very forthcoming. Can anyone help ?
