RB buttons had a wreath around them. easiest way to tell.
RB caps had black piping around the crown...KRR has red

I served with some Green Jackets who were formed after the amalgamations. they always said that the KRR would complain about the RB "having too much black"!

For interest, I'll scan and post the 1941 pamphlet for everyone to see.
If you collect caps I have quite a few which I will be selling. WW1 to 1980's (the older ones sold)

a nice pamphlet. It doesn't show the buttons but another book I have on buttons will clarify them.
