Evening all.
Looking for an id on who this stable belt is for. Note as not in my field will be moving on (give me a shout if interested). Ta Jonathan Attachment 205624 Attachment 205625 Attachment 205626 |
It looks like a very faded sun-bleached RAMC belt to me.

I agree with Hoot, check under the edge of the leather work if the colours are red, blue and yellow then it is RAMC, regards Dennis

Yeah, 3rd opinion, an RAMC belt.

Thanks for the three replies.
Follow your tip and opened the belt a little more (he must have been skinny) and as you said colours are red/blue/sand. Ta Jonathan |
I'd say RAMC (fadded?) Officer's Belt as O/R has a metal hasp while Officer rank have 2 x leather and buckle (P.S. Not all Corps/Reg use the metal hasp). Hope my 2 peneth worth helps.

All ranks (Offrs & ORs) wore leather buckle until all changed to metal.
