Hi all, I need an ID on this mystery British badge. It appears to me St. Michael slaying the dragon? Maybe something Welch?

Thansk in advance!

Royal Northumberland Fusiliers, 1937 to around 1958 for the regular battalions.
I think this is a collectors badge, part of a set made by Birmingham Mint.

Edit: Yes it's a Birmingham Mint series one, a badge of officer's quality appearance but with Other Ranks fitting of a slider.

As Leigh states, however, it's Saint George, Patron Saint of England, slaying the dragon.

St. Michael is the Patron Saint of underpants and other assorted lingerie. :D:D

Regards.

As Leigh says, Birmingham Mint one.

And if you are not a believer in St Michael, I can only assume you must be a "Commando".....
