Does anyone know what this may be please? It came to me with a mixture of UK and US cloth patches.
Any information will be much appreciated.

Yep - I think it's a scout patch.

Thanks for that. It could well be a Scout patch as the person I had it from collects Scout badges. I will investigate further through Scouting circles.

Looks like there is a 157 Whitehead group or troop of scouts in Canada (from googling).
