Dear Forum ,
These two wings puzzle me a bit...
Real or fake ?
Opinions welcome ...
Thank you ,

I believe these are both poor fakes.

Thank you Dave , your help is most appreciated.
May I take your time again and ask for your thoughts about this one ?

Sorry but I don't like it. The second row of feathers (from top) are poorly defined and the backing is unusual, possibly hiding a "spaghetti" mass of embroidery.

Have to disagree with singleton wing, l would say it was original.

I have to say that it depends on what you mean... If the question is, are these Official Stores issued RAF Wings... then no. However, many aircrew for the past century have had badges made locally, especially those in the Far East Airforce, so they would highly likely be genuinely use or bought by RAF personnel, even worn, but they were probably made in some back-street tailor in Singapore or Hong kong etc...
