What is his cap badge ?

Hope someone can help with this cap badge - my best guess is London Rifle Brigade ?
Attachment 230568 It's taken by John Bailey , a local photographer in Southampton who disappeared from the scene after 1907. My best guess it was during Army camp held on Southampton Common in 1904 /1905. A whole British Army Corps was gathered there for training :), with Sir John French leading the "enemy" side. |

Just can't make it out clearly enough, but it is not the London Rifle Brigade.
It has a six point star design which could indicate several regiments, rather more like the Devons or RASC in my opinion. CB |
He is wearing the cap badge of the Army Service Corps, the three tier shoulder titles are of a pattern that was introduced in 1908.
