Dating a cloth badge

I am wondering if anyone who is knowledgeable in respect of cloth badges would be able to determine the era a badge comes from by the way it is constructed?

The above thread contains the medical badge in question.
I am reasonably confident that it is a Navy medic’s arm badge but would love a professional opinion on whether it might date from WWI
Thanks

Ray,

I would say definately not WW1.

My opinion is WW2 or even later from the construction to the rear

Ahh that’s a shame

Thanks for the input Simon. I quess another way of narrowing down the correct era would be if I could discover when the size/design of the badge changed.

Whilst initially happy from Ritchie’s input on the initial thread that this would have been Naval rather than RAMC if it had been WWI, if it isn’t from then I have to wonder if another unit (or even Red Cross) ever had a badge of this design/colours/size
