I'm sure there must be some about, but all the ones I have seen in India and on ebay have been bronze/brass

I do have the larger of the two you show, but it is in my collection and not available. They don't appear to surface very often, if ever.

The bronze / brass ones were Indian Army and the silver ones are most likely Hong Kong Police.

Not exclusive to Hong Kong, some other British Colonial forces wore them.
