Good morning,

I think this badge was worn by members of Parliament of Canada's security services. Do you know where and when ?

It was the Province of Ontario Legislature security service. Not sure of the date, but it appears to be currently in wear. Canada is a federal system, with the national government and 10 provinces and 3 territorial governments. Provinces are responsible for municipalities. (Google searches will bring up images of the service patch in wear.)

This organization is responsible for security at the Legislative Building, aka 'Queen's Park' in Toronto, which is the capital of Ontario. As opposed to Ottawa, also in Ontario, which is the capital of Canada.
