VETERANS CORPS

I have just received the following badge:- VETERANS CORPS,brass with slider.
The following information is on the back of the badge:-TOYE & Co LONDON Rd 753066 and stamped with the number 533. There is a strange shaped slider to this badge, if you think of a knoted neck tie, this is the shape. Some bad photo's to follow at the end. The slider is stamped TOYE & Co Ltd above LONDON.
The design of the badge is the same as the front of the UNITED SERVICES CORPS(USC) badge but with VETERANS CORPS replacing USC. Here are some pictures of the badges, 1st USC, 2nd Vet corps front and bad rear photo's(cannot take very close up shots)
I have googled both Veterans Corps and USC and come up with nothing.
Can anyone help, please??:(

A related shoulder title? Is there an Irish connection?
