I dont really collect British Corps badges and have had this one for a while in the "unknown" box. Found a similar one in Kipling and King ( KK1054) . Is the George V1 version ?
Thanks
Mike

It looks like a homemade sweetheart badge. What are the fitting?

The MPSC wore the plain cypher and it seems that the GV wreath was mis-identified by K&K.

Thanks, Alan
I'm not wedded to it being from the MPSC. Looking through Kipling and King , KK1054 seemed to be the closest "fit"
The lugs have been crudely reattached ( see pic ), so there is no great value to the badge. I'm just intrigued.

The wreath looks like twisted rope rather than laurel leaves.

It does look like twisted rope. Does that have any heraldic significance ?
