A very interesting image from the above BBC programme shown tonight.
Image showing SAS cap badge and Army Air Corps cap badge worn as a collar.

Hi Tony

Interesting! The SAS regiment became part of the AAC in 1944. I had seen AAC collar badges on the service dress but never on battle dress.

Especially as it appears to be a cap badge, rather than the smaller collar badges.
