UNKNOWN SHOULDER TITLES

I have seen these images of 2 shoulder titles but wonder who or what they are??
1st is HOME DEFENCE which maybe yellow on brown or dark colour?
2nd is QUEEN'S BRIGADE which seems to be, possibly bullion on red?
Any ideas or help please?

131 Infantry Brigade was nicknamed the Queen's Brigade, don't know if a private purchase for Officers?
First title looks like Civil Defence Corps, just a guess though.

Found something about "National Defence Company" metal titles that mention in 1939 :
