  1. I am most interested to see the old A&SH flash worn on the left arm of the battledress. I was a member of R battery of this regiment when I joined the TA in 1957. The unit changed with the many amalgamations of that time and in 1961 the battery became R (Paisley) Battery of 277 (A&SH) Field Regiment RA(TA). The flash was still worn and we also wore the A&SH Blue balmoral with the A&SH Badge. The unit finally finished about 1967/68. I then moved to 102 Squadron RE. The unit was based in the High Street Drill hall in Paisley.
